AvatarUX agrees Light & Wonder distribution agreement
Maltese games studio AvatarUX has announced the signing of a deal that will see it begin supplying its complete portfolio of immersive video slots to the new Light & Wonder iGaming arm of Scientific Games Corporation.
The Valletta-headquartered innovator used an official Monday press release to declare that the pact is destined ‘greatly expand the global reach of its immersive slot portfolio to operators in new markets’ including North American jurisdictions such as the Canadian province of Ontario.
Accumulation alliance:
AvatarUX asserted that this fresh agreement with Light & Wonder will involve all eight of its titles featuring the popular PopWins and MultiPop mechanics being offered to online casino aficionados in ‘major markets across the globe’ via the partner’s OpenGaming aggregation platform.
Escalating eminence:
Nicola Longmuir serves as the Chief Executive Officer for AvatarUX and she used the press release to pronounce that her firm was established in 2018 with the ‘singular mission to create engaging games that players want to play’. The pioneering figure went on to affirm that the arrangement with Light & Wonder comes after her company bagged the Slot Supplier Rising Star prize at June’s EGR B2B Awards and will further help it to bring its ‘thrilling titles’ to players in multiple regulated markets.

For his part and the Partnerships Director for Light & Wonder, Steve Mayes, used the press release to detail that this arrangement with AvatarUX comes only about two weeks after it signed an extended alliance for Mexico with iGaming operator Rush Street Interactive. The experienced professional divulged that his company now supplies games from approximately 900 creators via its OpenGaming advance to partners across the planet including the likes of Entain, 25syv A/S and Betsson AB.
